    Mostly good quality

Although the walnuts are of general good quality, there is a percentage of inedible nuts - possibly 5%.

    generally good

The quality is generally good but in a kilo there are usually 4 or 5 nuts below the usual standard. On my most recent order, a visual check would seem to indicate an even better quality than those I have received before.
