This classic combination of sundried tomatoes, onion, basil, bay leaf and African Birds Eye Chilli will inspire passion around any table. To get the most from this marinade, use at least half the bottle per 500g of meat and marinate overnight in an airtight container. We always have ours with chicken, but it goes well with meat, Fish and even vegetables. -
